We're Getting Married

And want to celebrate with you

Rather than a honeymoon, Abbey and James wish to invite you to spend the week with them in the Italian countryside where, in and amongst adventures, food, drinks, and hot Italian sun, there will be a wedding.

Kindly confirm no later than Valentine's Day. The wedding dinner will be served in RSVP order. May the odds be ever in your favour.

The Wedding

Abbey and James are engaged to be wed on Friday, September 11th, 2026.

The ceremony will take place in the village of Petritoli, Italy. Itinerary to follow.

The Week

The village is known for its' beautiful and historic castle, Palazzo Manocchi. We have reserved it for the week of September 6th-13th, with the intention of connecting with those we love.

If your schedule doesn't allow for the long weekend to get extra-extended, you are welcome for as much or as little as you are able to manage.

Conversely, if you wish to extend your time with us before/after to explore more of Italy, or the surrounding countries, our flight booking will be flexible by up to two weeks around our dates for you to plan your own vacation.

The Logistics

The self-catered accommodations are arranged within the Palazzo, with dozens of bedrooms, a mixture of shared and ensuite washrooms (arranged logically within family units or close friends), and multiple kitchens, dining spaces, and gathering spaces.

A group flight booking code will be made available after the RSVP period based on requested airports and general travel consensus.

Car rentals or coach bus transportation from the airport will be available.

Where Are We Going?

Petritoli is a small hilltop town in Italy’s Western-Marche region that feels calm, warm, and quietly beautiful. Its stone buildings, old arches, and narrow streets reflect centuries of history, while the views stretch out over gentle hills dotted with vineyards and olive trees. Life here moves at an unhurried pace, shaped by tradition, community, and the surrounding landscape, making Petritoli a place that feels both timeless and genuinely lived in.

There are 2 pools, and an entire village to explore: Supermarkets & local shops Pharmacy, bank, and post office Bakeries, butcher, and cafés Museum, theater, and outdoor cinema 24-hour emergency medical service only 5 minutes away. Everything is within easy walking distance, making the stay effortless and enjoyable. Restaurants and grocery stores serve as a variety of option to suit your needs.

Nearby, beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea, golf courses, olive farms and vineyards.

Activities and excursions are put on by the village, details to come.

I Still Have Questions...

Trust us, so do we!

Many factors will be determined by the confirmed attendance list. Once we are able to confirm these initial details, we will know much more about planning, events, and finer details.

If a pertinent questions lingers on your mind, please text the bride and groom.
